Happy Seven Years!

Monday will be our seventh wedding anniversary! I know that seven years is really not that long but it just amazes me how quickly the time does go by. I feel like it was just a year or two ago! Above are a few of my favorite pictures from our big day!!! My absolute favorite is the one of us leaving to the golf club salute! Brad's groomsmen came up with this without anyone else knowing! They told the photographer so that she would be ready to get a picture of it. So after they pronounced us husband and wife, they lined up on each side and did the golf club salute for us to walk under. It was priceless, Brad and I both were sooo surprised (just enlarge the pic to see Brad's face)!

Easter 2009

Here are a few pics from Easter! We had a great day. Both of the kids got lots of goodies from the Easter Bunny. We all went to the church that I grew up in and then headed out to my Granny's house for Easter lunch. We just wish that the weather would have been better for some egg hunts!!

Our New Ducks

Here are some of those famous Beyond Photography ducks that have come to live with us for a little while. We are going to take them to the lake house when they get a little bigger.

Evan's 1st Tee Ball Game

Here are a few pictures from Evan's first ball game! I had to miss it since I was in Vegas with work. I was so sad. From what I hear it involved all the kids running after the ball and dog piling each other! One little boy from our team dog piled the other team instead of running the bases. Anyway I finally got to see him play the other night and it is a lot of fun to watch. In this league all of the kids play the field and everyone gets to bat each inning. And they only play two innings!!

Tee Ball

Here are a few picture of Evan at Tee Ball practice. I can't wait till his first game! At practice all of the boys had on their helmets and were chasing each other around!! It was so funny to watch them all run the bases, some would get a little detoured and head to the outfield or the pitchers mound. It is going to be a fun season and hopefully he may learn a little about the game.

Brad

Just wanted to let everyone know that Brad saw his doctor today to get his results from his PET Scan. Once again something is in his nose. He will go in the morning to an ENT to have this looked at again. The nose is a very sensitive area in PET Scan's but they still have to make sure it is all clear. Please pray that it is clear.

Also I mentioned a year ago that a very good friend was diagnosed with skin cancer. She has now gone through a long year of treatment for this. She had a chest x-ray done recently and they found something on it. She is going for a PET Scan on Thursday morning and will find out results the week following. Please pray for her that her scan will be clear and that she will be cancer free!!!

Evan Update

Thanks to everyone who has emailed or called to check on Evan. He is doing okay, he has had some good days and some bad. From what everyone says it is just a roller coaster ride with the pain. Saturday was by far his worst day. He looked so pale and his little eyes were so tired. He finally crashed at about 6:00 and slept until 8:00 this morning. Today he has been a little better but still a little pale looking. It has been a long week! I hope that this next week he feels better!
